Texas Wagyu

• What is Texas Wagyu I bet you are wondering. Texas Wagyu is an experiment we are running here at Texas 12 to create a hardy animal that has perfect marbling with out the chewy bit people associate with prime meat. Our goal is a rich flavorful meat that melts in your mouth while remaining lean to create a heart healthy meat of a quality that you could right home about.

• We have selected the best of our Longhorn herd and our bull ABNR MASTER CHEF to bring forth what we are hopping will change the game in the F1 market.

• The breeding of the experimental cross will be between March 16th and April 30th of 2026 so we should see the first of this new breed in early spring of 2027.
